Carolina Country Music Fest Kicks-Off with Sam Hunt

CHARLOTTE, N.C. /PRNewswire/ — Myrtle Beach, S.C.’s summer season is quickly approaching, and with the sunny skies and sandy shores comes country’s hottest stars at Carolina Country Music Fest (CCMF). In celebration of its inaugural, beach-front country concert, CCMF will host a kick-off concert Thursday, June 4 featuring headliner Sam Hunt.

Sam Hunt, a University of Alabama at Birmingham football star turned singer, took the country music world by storm with his debut album “Montevallo,” which topped three of Billboard’s Country charts. Penning hits for stars including Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney and Billy Currington, Hunt’s writing talents earned a 2015 Grammy Award nomination.

All CCMF ticket holders, in addition to anyone who purchases a three-day pass before Saturday, April 25, will enjoy free admission to the VisitMyrtleBeach.com Kick-Off Concert. Single tickets to the kick-off concert are available for $39 and can be purchased at www.CCMF.com. Myrtle Beach residents are eligible for a discounted rate of $19 per ticket with an ID as proof of address. Locals can purchase discounted tickets at Carolina Country Bar, located at 300 Ninth Ave. North, Myrtle Beach, S.C., Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
